1. Digital Products Nature

All books and reading materials sold on our platform are Digital Products (E-books) accessed through our proprietary secure book viewer. Because digital products are instantly delivered and accessible upon purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

2. Standard Access Duration

Unless otherwise explicitly stated or agreed upon in writing prior to purchase, standard access to any purchased e-book is granted for 30 days from the date of order completion. After this period, access will automatically expire, and you will need to renew your subscription to continue reading.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and access is granted.

We highly recommend that you carefully review the book description, syllabus, and any available Free Trial versions before making your final purchase decision.

Exceptions for Refunds: We may only consider granting a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same book twice within a 24-hour period.
Technical Failure: If a proven technical error on our platform completely prevents you from accessing the purchased book during your active 30-day access period, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Ensure your subscription is still within the 30-day active period.

5. Account Responsibilities

Your purchase grants a single-user license to access the content. Sharing your account credentials or attempting to bypass our secure book viewer (e.g., attempting to download, print, or take screenshots) is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your account without any refund.
